Need ideas for recording space

...long time listiner, first time caller...
I'm working at a local studio the has a wonderfull control room that sounds great and a recording space that had potential that isn't being utilized.
It's just a big room (36ft. x 24ft.) with a drum riser on one side and a bunch of carpet on the floor. Due to the size of the space I know a lot can be done. The ceeling is also about 10ft. near the walls and maybe 14ft. at the center. It the covered in redwood planks.
I drew up an idea I had (see below) and would like to get any and all opinions I can. There is an office under the studio (when it's marked) and that's where te drum riser WAS but I pointed out that's not a good idea since the floor isn't isolated too much. The owner also isn't too worried about isolation from the outside would. The only thing I forgot on the pic is a double door on the left wall in the "office space" section.
