PA system for public rehearsal rooms

hello

i am opening up Rehearsal studios in melbourne and have started at looking at what is best suited. The studios consist of 3 rectangular 25sqm rooms. It will be used by people from all walks of life and levels of experience, the system will need to withstand the tests of time and be relatively straight forward. i would like to accommodate for the common problems in rehearsal space (feedback/use of mics/low end problems/cranking to solve any problem). i have received one solid quote which consists of;

yamaha 500w power mixer - EMX512SC ($800 a pop)
and
EV SX100+E PA Speakers ($400 a pop)

With the price, this is early days, if rough price ranges could be thrown around, that would be muchly appreciated!


mics/leads/stands are already catered for.
