Hey,
I'm planning on buying the Genelec 8030A Monitor Speakers, but I need to know what cables I need for connecting them to a Focusrite Saffire LE external sound card.
I believe it's a 1/4 inch jack to female XLR cable, but can someone confirm this?
I presume I need two mono cables to connect each speaker to the sound card, right?
So would I be right in saying 2 mono 1/4 inch jack to female XLR cables?
Cheers.

Warlord, welcome.
Strange place to ask that question, but it's an easy one to answer:
As you can see the "outputs" are TRS jacks (it says so in the specs too), that means they're balanced.
Since the 8030s inputs (XLR) are also balanced you have to get XLR-TRS. That's a balanced line-level cable you need.
(* TRS stands for Tip, Ring, Sleeve which you might describe as "stereo" plug if you want)
