One question I'm always struggling with whenever I construct a bass trap - How dense should I stuff it??
Any advise?
(and does this prove that building a studio is very much like having sex?)

Sooo, which type bass trap are you wondering about; broadband basic heavy absorbent spaced off the wall kind, Panel (narrower band, Ethan Winer kind) or Helmholz (slat or slot resonator, or perforated face kind?

Or was this just an "ice breaker" question to open some discussion
