They're in strips of 1,2m on 5m, so that's 'only' about 100kg.

Did you add the weight of the joists themselves?

Framing usually adds about 30% to 50% of the weight of the sheathing, for a ceiling or wall, assuming typical framing. Then there's also nails, caulk, insulation, etc. That's not a huge amount of extra weight from those, but it all adds up. There's a lot more weight in a ceiling module than just the drywall. Be careful! When you are working with things that weigh a few hundred kg hanging over your head, be VERY careful. Never stand directly under it, always wear safety boots and a hard hat, always have a secondary backup that will support the object in the event that the primary fails (eg, wood bracing, ropes, winches, etc.). And make sure that whatever you use for raising the object is way over-rated for the load it will be carrying. Riggers and gaffers usually use the "ten to one" rule, meaning that the rigging hardware should be rated to support at least ten times the weight of the load itself. And check your local building codes, too: sometimes they have safety regulations in them, that you need to follow.

Yeah, I've thought a lot about getting the ceiling back down.
It seems difficult to do.
I'll probably have to damage the drywall plates.
And, all my beams will be 15cm's too short to rest them on the wall.

What do you think, if I add a 6X6cm stud under the ceiling, securely screwed into the vertical studs ? Somebody any idea about the rockfon?
I found other people wanting to try it for basstraps but no clear answers if this is a good idea.

That still wouldn't be applying a vertical force onto the studs. You'd honestly have to ask a structural engineer this question.

When I clicked their "acoustic" product filter selection, it came up with "Sonar dB" as the only product. Sadly, all of the literature I could find on this product only states "NRC = 0.85" which doesn't tell us much of anything regarding the frequencies in question. I'd avoid it.

And the wooden panels ? Usable as a base for absorbers ?

Which wooden panels?
THIN wooden panels are only useful for a tuned device.
