Anybody else want to take a crack at answering the actual question, now that the two malcontents are finished? [always hopeful :)]

What value would one use for the ceiling height where the ceiling is not flat? Its not just sloped either, btw, its "Gambrel style' [like a barn].

Or, at that height, wouldn't it work to use just any value between where the supporting walls end and the roof peaks?

Well, this didn't work out too well for you, did it? Two whole months have passed after you sent all of the experts to hell on two different forums, because you know better than they do...

You were given correct answers on both forums, but rejected them for no discernible reason, and now here you are, two months later, still designing and building your place wrong....

Well done! Please do post pictures of the build, and acoustic measurement results when you test, so you can show us all what a bunch of idiots we are, and prove that you know better than anybody on the planet, regarding acoustics...
