Construction is going well. Had a scare because my 3/4" purpleheart floors were at the lumber wearhouse, and they just got flooded yesterday with 1 1/2 feet of water. Luckily, my floors are 6 ft. in the air on top of other stuff. . . went and checked this morning.

Actually, I'm about 80 miles south of Portland, just off I-5 -
I appreciate your offer, even though you have no idea what you'd be getting into How 'bout if you just buy my neighbot's house (don't like them anyway) and live next door for the next 5 years or so (+ however long it takes us to do YOUR projects too )
