cheers!
Got a question if somebody can answer it. I was wondering about moisture going into the silencers.
Won't this cause mould problems in the future? Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks guys!

If you used proper Ductboard you should be alright.
All Specs I checked out were explicitly treated against mold, mildew, fungus, and other microbial growth.
Apart from that, installing a particle/dust filter in the input to the unit is always a good idea. Also adequate A/C and dehumidification in general to keep moisture levels down is recommended.
Remember too that access to these units should be provided for cleaning the units internally occassionally.

Hi Brian and thanks for the feedback!
The material used is a duct liner bought from a dealer that sells and makes ducting equipment.
So I think the specs should be suitable. ( I did not get specs, but this material is used commonly here)
Also there will be a filter on an external grill, and on the internal grill.
And also there will be an a/c that will be used for dehumidifying the internal rooms.
I have to admit that I did not think of creating access for the silencers to be cleaned in the future.
I didn't think that this was necessary. I'm going to look this up more, so thank you for bringing this up.
Cheers

Hello everyone,
It's been a while since I've posted. Lots of things happened, priorities have changed.
I have moved in the apartment-house that is above the basement-studio that I'm building.
I've been working on this apartment for the past year and a half, and the work on it is finally done.
I can now call it an official Recording & Rehearsal studio!
The work that was done was not as complex as that of my basement build.
This was due to budget and speed matters.
The basement build will be finished in the near future and the studio name has changed which I'll announce soon.
For now though it's music time!
I have also build a shed and fence on the outside of the the apartment-house, of which I'll share some pics.
Similar principles of the shed can be applied to a vocal booth as well
I'll also post some before shots of the apartment and will have a proper photo-shoot of the place soon to show you.
Also.. here's also a video clip of our take on burn it down by linkin park
