rehearsal room cabling xlr/quar inch rolls

Post by y0ud »

looking at buying and a big quantity of leads for my rehearsal studios.

the mic leads cop a lot of use and when they break, it frays at the connection, i have been going through the cheaper low end leads quite often. the leads vary in size, from 15ft to 30ft.

i am based in melbourne and would to buy locally if possible. any price ranges/recommendations are welcome!

just wondering whether i should stick to lower-end stuff, or wether the higher end stuff will cop the wear.
also i there is any diy kinda guide anyone could point me too, that would be great!

thanks in advance

This more of a gearslut.com question.
Pop in to factory sound and ask Artie. But it sounds like you've answered your own question!
Or learn how to solder and just keep repairing them.

there should be no connection between the speakers and the wall.
