In the embryonic stage of planning studio

Greetings to everyone. I was referred here by AttAker, a fellow member of vsplanet.com. I am so grateful to have found this site.

I am going to be sharing space with a small animal rescue shelter right after the first of the year. We are still looking at rentals, but it looks like I'm going to have approximately 20X20'ish. As you could imagine, soundproofing is going to be an issue.

I'm perusing all the boards to gather what information I can, but if anyone has any general advice that could get me started in the right direction, I'd be most appreciative.
