Im located in Chicago as well and there is a place that sells it right by my house...But they don't sell the new acoustic sound panels the company makes which Im very interested in finding at a better price then 44$ a panel. I already put some posts up in other forums and this one but havent heard any responses yet. From my research these bonded logic panels (Echoeliminator) look very cool and dont need any additional fabric to hold the fibers from becoming airborne because the fibers are not dangerous.
Here are the NRC specs: .35 NRC @ 125hz 2" 3lb density...Not bad 1.15overall NRC

Bonded Logic's UltraTouch comes in batts that are 16" & 24" wide. The R-13 has an NRC of 1.15 and an STC of 45. The R-19 provides a 1.15 & 57 (in a 4" framing cavity) respectively... The fire retardent is borate-based so no mold or termites, and you don't have to breath those glass particles.
Take a look at www.ultratouch.net/video.html for the products' latest outreach effort.
