Wiring Cat-5 to XLR for AES Digital Connections

How do I wire rj45 Cat-5 to XLR for AES Connections. I am also planing to use a regular ethernet patchbay to have all my Digital Ins and outs of my studio.

Yeah, that looks like the 568B wiring standard.
