matching components to speakers

First time posting here. I became interested in hi fidelity music and home theater a short time ago. I am now persuing a career making rooms dedicated to home theater and for listening music. I have been reading as much material as possible lately. What I have read is that speakers should be matched to the components chosen. This question is about my own system I have began to assemble. They include Paradigm Monitor 9 v.4 mains, Monitor cc-190 v.5 center, Monitor 190 v.4 surrounds. My reciever is a Yamaha HTR 5750, DVD Player is a XV-N312. Are there any maufacturer who's components work/match well with the speakers. The speakers are all that I wish to keep. In what I have read I believe that to get the best sound less is better. I can now afford to put a little bit of money into my system.
