I live in the Bahamas, so everthing I purchase for the studio I get from the internet.
I am at the beginning stages of building a home studio, as soon as I figure out how to do it I will post a sketch.
I have purchased from Auralex before, their stuff seems to be quality but they also seem to be a bit pricey. Is there better places on the net to purchase this kind of stuff (basstraps,foam,insulation etc)? or should I stick to Auralex.Keep in mind that I have to order from the U.S. otherwise shipping is horrble.

maybe try building your own. seems to me that alot of users get great results spending less money. its a little more fulfilling as well doing your own work. To me, I'd build it myself, unless you don't have the time, tools, or patients. There are a bunch of other sites that provide acoustic treatments.
