Quick Question for you guys...

I was born to be a studio engineer and or producer. I love it and have always loved it. I was in an accident a year ago that made me deaf in my right ear. My left ear hearing is still great and I still want to engineer and produce. Any suggestions you guys can give me due to my handicap? That and for the record, I can still hear some frequencies in my right ear. Its not like covering your right ear, I still can determine stereo sound a little, and leme tell you, its a little...
