Ok so the Iso Rooms I'm going to be building next couple weeks need ventalation of course, and there are vents from the Central Heat and Air in the room. Of course I'm building a Romm in a Room but Is it possible to vent the AC/Heat from the existing vents in the room intot he iso room without being too noisy? I was planning on running long curved ducts, or mdf ones insulated and at least three 90 degree turns before it hit the room. Will this work? Also does this kind of central heat and air provide fresh air as well or will I need separate ventelation for the room? thanks for the advice.

I'd go with large diameter flex duct inside MDF outer ducts - if you can make the additional ducts larger in inside cross-sectional area than the originals, the velocity will be less. Noise from air velocity is roughly equal to between the 4th and 5th POWER of the velocity, so a small reduction in velocity = a large reduction in noise.
Using large flex duct it would be better to do 2-3 45 degree bends instead of 90's - too much turbulence will just make MORE noise. The MDF will reduce the sound getting into the flex, as well as out of it. The flex will do a better job of attenuating air noise though.
Large central HVAC systems draw in outside air and mix it with inside, some run the outside air through a heat exchanger. All of them provide fresh air, or people would eventually suffocate.
Ideally, you'd have a pair of supply/return ducts you could steal just for the booth. If there are more than one of each, you could probably get away with doing that. In either case, make sure your connection to the ducts is SOFT - you need to kill flanking noise somewhere, and the best place is as far from the booth as possible... Steve
