Newbie with wiring questions

I'm in the process of building a small studio space in a 10 X 14 room. The control room will be 10 X 10 and the amp room/iso booth will be 10 X 3. I want to have a TRS panel in the control room (with 4 TRS connectors) and TRS panel in the amp room (with 4 TRS connectors).

I'm not sure how this works but here is what I want to do. I want to be able to hook up my mics and headphones in the amp room (all cables will be in wall wired from the wall plate in the amp room to the wall plate in the control room) and then plug cables into a panel on the wall in the control room for input into my board. I also want to be able to plug my guitar into a 1/4 jack in the wall (which will go to the amp room) where there will be a TRS jack to plug into my guitar amp.

I'd really appreaciate if someone could explain what I need to get for this to work, or if there is a web page or book that explains how to wire this scenario. I want a work space that looks clean where the cords are running in the walls.

First off, Guitar lines are unbalanced. Therefore you only need T/S (not TRS).

Are you just running a line level for your guitar, or an amplified signal from a head stack to the cabinet?
