Heres a challenge for you guys!!!

Hi all, Im am considering moving my studio to an inner city appartment. It is a one bedroom with study ande I plan to use the bedroom as my recording booth and the living/study area for the control room. HOWEVER my big problme is this. I do not wish to modify the walls or ceilings in a permanent way as I do plan to rent the room if and when I move out. I'd prefer it if I didnt make holes etc all over the place. Any suggestions on how I can treat the room adequately given these restrictions??? The room has many parallel walls and standard height ceiling..Thanks!!
