Hi
I am about to start work on construction and I have a question on the audio wiring.
I will have a control room and a live room. The live room will have 2 or 3 wall boxes for xlr/line and headphone feeds.
Is it normal procedure to run everything (xlr/line/headphones) all on a massive multi core?
I only ask because otherwise I will have to buy a lot more cable, multicore for xlr, another for lines, another for headphones.
And how many channels can you get multicore in?
I was hoping for 32 audio channel + 10 headphones.
Tips appreciated
Multicore for everything?

Line level, mic level is fine. If you are running amplifield headphone sends, separate them from your mic/line level lines. Otherwise you'll have the potential for crosstalk/bleedthrough.
Depends on the Mfg. Mogami you can get in 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, (32 or 36 can't remember), and 48.And how many channels can you get multicore in?
