Small Post Mix Room In High Ceiling Loft

I run a small Post mix house and we are mostly working remote these days. We are considering letting our current lease expire and buying a small loft to run the business out of. My Current space was designed and built years ago when gear requirements were so different and I'd like to re-invent the work experience to a sleek streamlined gear approach. The picture I've attached is similar to some spaces we are looking at. Is this as big of an acoustical nightmare as I fear or will hanging some wall panels and ceiling panels wrangle it into place.
