Absorbent material under studio booth

I am building a 21x14 booth for a mix studio. It is on concrete floor. do I still need some kind of absorbent material under neath or is the cement good enough. I am not trying to make the room completely sound proof I just want to minimize the low need 25hz-150hz etc to get out to bother anyone in my house. The booth is in my garage so it is already in a room. Not sure if that matters much. Mixing edm and HipHop. 808kick heavy music
