Building a sound studio in an art studio

Hello, everyone! I'm renting an art studio in Oslo that measures 39 square meters (around 419.79 square feet).

I have some room to build a sound studio, but not much more than 2,40 meters height (7 feet and 10.488 inches), 3,10 meters width (10 feet and 2.047 inches) and around 3,90 meters length (12 feet and 9.543 inches).

We're doing hip hop. The sound studio will be built for a microphone. We're building a vocal studio, and want a decent sound.

Any ideas?
