First time building a studio/apartment from the ground up

Post by mynameismalakai »

Hey all. I am new to this forum. So hello! I have read through the "Read his" post and will try to comply as best as possible, but even I don't know most of the information yet. Anyway...

I would like to construct a studio from the ground up. It will have a 3 car garage and recording studio on the ground floor and an apartment for 2 people. On the 2nd floor. I have no plans at all so far, so I was hoping to get some help with that. As far as budget goes, I suppose I would just like to have it all designed and be given an ide of the cost then upscale or down scale from there. As far as size, same thing I guess.

The studio-
control room
live room
2 iso booths
kitchen
bathroom
lounge
storage closet

Apartment-
All the essentials w/ 2 bedrooms

Garage-
room for 2 cars to be parked simultaneous
shelving

I would be more than happy to provide more information, just ask. Thank you! :D

Hi. Please read the forum rules for posting (click here) again. You seem to be missing a couple of things! :)
