Hey guys! I'm new to the site and wanted to get some feedback on a design plan. I work professionally in Nashville and I am currently building a new house. I have a big wide open space under the garage (Yes under the garage) 24x24 attached to a 10x12 breeze way that attaches to the actual basement. Here is what I have come up with. I wanted to take as much advantage of the square footage as I could.

Hi "benchmarkguy". Please read the forum rules for posting (click here). You seem to be missing a couple of things!
