Design Idea
What would you do with a room of this size? I was thinking 1 control room, 1 live room and 1 vocal boot. Not sure which way to lay it out. Any help is appreciated!

There are no doorways or windows shown in your plan. Is this an existing building?

Re: Design Idea
Hi there "Julesroad", and Welcome!
As hub said: you aren't giving enough information to go on! You have over 900 square feet of space, which is great for what you want: I have built three and four room studios in half that space, so getting your three rooms in that area can be done, but you'll need to provide all of the information about the space, including doors, windows, stairs, materials, as well as support columns, HVAC ducts, plumbing, gas lines, electrical wiring and other things that could interfere with the studio.
Not to mention height! You didn't mention the room height, which is rather important...
