(for barefoot) Diffusive Slot Resonator

hi!

I've red in a this post (http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewt ... e218266e91) about a Diffusive Slot Resonator and I would know, how I can build them.

It was "barefoot" that has posted this image

and I would aks him, in which way I can build this sort of diffusor/resonator.

Hi Daniel,

You can find the design formula here: http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewt ... c&start=15

Then you just build a box behind it like you would a normal slot resonator. To calculate the center frequency you need to use the average slot depth. Remember that slot depth is not simply equal to the slat depth in this case. It's the depth of the shorter of two adjacent slates.
