....and it's looking really good. John, I believe it's designed by you!(?)
I was just wandering how the wall in the control room picture (the wall with slats on the left side looking towards the back of the Control room) was constructed? What is behind it (just air gap and outer wall) and are the slats attached directly onto the stud frame?

It's a great looking project.....thanks for updating the pics John....
Kind regards

Cool, I had a look at the plans..Eventhough the drawings are really small, I think I sort of figured out how it was done.
If I've interpreted the plan correctly, the slat resonator section of the walls was done like this: (from outside to inside)
Outer wall >>>insulation between studs>>>plaster>>>air gap>>>studs with insulation (angled frame)>>>>slat finish
Is that it?

And what was the finish in the other part of the CR? Plaster?

Thanks :)
Kind regards

yes that's it - the rest is plaster but will have a layer of insulation on it as well.

Cool..Thanks John,
I just wanted to make sure, coz I think you suggested something like that to me a while ago, so I wanted to double check that I ,sort of, understood the concept.
