i have seen lots' of pics of pros and home studios and found that they used some nice fabric or cloth to cover the walls and ceilings, infact in some studios include in studio underconstruction segment of this site. is there any acoustical quality in cloth or it just used to make dead ambience.Cloth Secret?

Be careful not to be confused by what you see - the cloth is used to cover up the acoustic treatment behind it, the cloth plays no role in the acoustic treatment - it is purely cosmetic. It usually has either insulation or a trap behind it. The cloth should have a weave that will allow air through it but hopefully restricts glass fibres getting out.
