Anyone familiar with these? I found this surfing the web and thought, how logical to reduce maintenance of adjusting/replacing the seal.

Seems like it might work, but the diagram doesn't look to me like it would be as good acoustically as it is for drafts - looks like it might bleed around the brush seal shown next to the spring loaded neoprene seal.
If I'm wrong, that might be easier than the method Overly outlines in their instruction manual for adjusting seals on their doors (tapping different places along the seal with a hammer while listening to pink noise thru the door with a stethoscope) - at least, they give you a pink noise cassette, could be worse Steve
